Our return policy lasts for 15 days after you receive your item. If 15 days pass once you have received your item we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start the return process, simply get in touch using the contact us page on our website or e-mail us at email@example.com and provide your order number.
If we require you to send the product back to us we will provide full return details.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our side.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
If we require you to send your item back to us it will be inspected upon receipt. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of us receiving your item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet within 5 working days please contact your credit card company or bank as there is often a certain amount of processing time before a refund is posted.
